After missing the final episode of the wire because my cable was out, I finally caught the show yesterday. I suppose I could say that I am satisfied. I dont think it was the best episode I have ever seen, but it tied up all the lose ends the best it could. The mcnulty got fired, marlo can’t give up the street life, duquan’s on smack, bubbles makes good with his family, mayor becomes governor, and I don’t remember what mike ended up doing. These writers add so many characters wrapped up in so many sub-plots that is it makes it difficult to not only follow the show, but also wonder what the future was of some of the characters with smaller roles.

I do think I did a much better job than the sopranos did. I didn’t completely understand that one. Was tony suppose to g whacked? Was he supposed to go on living a merry life without all of his right-hand men? I really wonder what happened to all of the living characters of this show. Or was it supposed to be left to my imagination? Maybe _director_’s creative vision is just over my head.

So what now? I hope for a sopranos movie another good hbo show. Lets hope we get another season of curb your enthusiasm and/or entourage. According to hbo’s website, they are playing this documentary. But then it says it airs on cinimax. What the hell?
